How fast do I get my order?

Average delivery time to any country in the world is from 5-14 days.
Many products are shipped within 2-3 days, and we will let you know before we process your payment if delivery is likely to take longer than this.
Please tell us when you place the order if you need an item by a specific date-if it is urgent, we suggest that you call us.
If we can not approve your order for any reason, or expect a delivery delay, we will contact you.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?

After your order has been shipped we will email you confirmation. 
If you made spelling mistake when you entered your email address you might not receive this confirmation email. Sign in and search your email address registered with us. 
Spam filtres can also block this form of email in your email system. Please check your junk mail.

If my order does not arrive, what happens?

If you do not receive your products within 25 working days, please contact us for information regarding the tracking. 
Please note that most international delivery systems do not find things to be lost until after 30 days.

What do i do if my item is damaged?

Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We would give a replacement or refund you in full once we have checked the damaged goods.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note: You may be responsible for import duties in some countries.
